Itinerary:

Day 1 – Sat – Quito
Welcome to Quito, Ecuador’s capital nestled high in the Andes. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2 – Sun – Quito
Discover Quito’s charm on a city sightseeing tour through the colonial historic center — a UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit La Compañía Church, Independence Square, and enjoy a chocolate tasting before heading to the Equatorial Line Monument, where you can stand with one foot in each hemisphere.

Day 3 – Mon – Quito → Santa Cruz Island (Galapagos)
Fly to the Galapagos Islands and transfer to Santa Cruz Island. Drive through the lush highlands, stopping at the Twin Craters, a lava tunnel, and a Giant Tortoise Reserve.
Lunch included.

Day 4 – Tue – Santa Cruz → Isabela Island
Visit Tortuga Bay, one of the longest white-sand beaches in the archipelago, perfect for observing different marine animals and birds. Later, transfer by boat to Isabela Island.

Day 5 – Wed – Isabela Island
Take a boat excursion to Las Tintoreras, a small rocky islet home to white-tip reef sharks, penguins, and blue-footed boobies. Afterwards, visit the Flamingo Lagoon and the Giant Tortoise Breeding Centre.
Dinner at a local restaurant included.

Day 6 – Thu – Isabela → Santa Cruz
Journey towards the Sierra Negra Volcano and marvel at its vast crater and the surrounding sulfur fields — one of the most spectacular landscapes in the Galapagos.
Box lunch included.
Evening return to Santa Cruz.
Dinner at a local restaurant included.

Day 7 – Fri – Santa Cruz Island
Enjoy a half-day Academy Bay Tour exploring Santa Cruz’s coastline and marine life.
Lunch at a local restaurant included.
In the afternoon, visit the Charles Darwin Research Station in Puerto Ayora to learn about ongoing conservation and tortoise breeding efforts.

Day 8 – Sat – Santa Cruz Island
Day at leisure to explore at your own pace or join an optional full-day boat tour to North Seymour, South Plaza, or Bartholomew Island — each offering stunning scenery and unique wildlife encounters.
Lunch included on the optional tour.

Day 9 – Sun – Santa Cruz Island
End of your Ecuadorian adventure. Transfer to the airport for your return flight to the mainland (e.g., Quito) or continue on a post-tour extension.
