Jewels of Scandinavia

5 Days / 4 Nights

DAY 1 – COPENHAGEN
Upon arriving at the airport, we will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. Check the information boards in the hotel reception area for details of the welcome meeting with your guide and fellow travelers.

DAY 2 – COPENHAGEN
In the morning, city tour of the Danish capital with a local guide. Copenhagen is the largest Scandinavian city, and full of contrasts: the popular Tivoli, Christianborg Palace, the terraces of Nyhavn, the Mermaid. In the afternoon you can enjoy some leisure time.

DAY 3 – COPENHAGEN – JONKOPING – VADSTENA – STOCKHOLM
We will leave and head towards HELSINGOR, the city of Hamlet, where the great Kronborg Castle stands. We continue by taking a small ferry to Sweden, around a 20-minute journey. We recommend you change currency on the ferry. We travel through beautiful landscapes with large lakes and lush forests until we reach JONKOPING. Time to explore and have lunch in this modern and small city located next to a large lake. We continue to VADSTENA, a picturesque town next to the lake with its old houses and its large 14th century castle that was converted into a monastery. We follow to STOCKHOLM, arriving at the end of the day.

DAY 4 – STOCKHOLM
Today we take a sightseeing tour of this very beautiful capital city built on 14 islands joined together. We will see the Gamla Stand or the “City between the Bridges”, the old quarter of the city, full of life where there are many monumental buildings such as the Nobel Museum, alongside the main square of Stortorget, which pays tribute to the winners of the Nobel Prizes, the Cathedral and the Royal Palace. Whenever possible, we will enjoy a pretty view from the Fjällgatan viewpoint. Then leisure time. We recommend visiting the museums and parks. Optionally, we suggest a visit to the City Hall and to the Vasa museum.

DAY 5 – STOCKHOLM
After breakfast, end of our services.
