Itinerary: 

Day 01 – Wednesday – Mendoza
Start your gourmet experience with a cooking class taught by one of the most well-known chefs in Mendoza. He and his team will show you new cooking techniques and teach you about Mendoza’s unique cuisine. The dinner you prepare will be served and enjoyed after class. Overnight at Hotel Huentala.

Day 02 – Thursday – Mendoza
Your second day will continue with a gourmet experience and introduce you to the world of wine. You will visit three of the best-known wineries of Mendoza where you will try different wines and learn about their philosophy. You will also have the chance to taste wine directly from the barrel and learn more about its evolution. Lunch will be one of the highlights of this trip — taste a delicious gourmet meal perfectly paired with local wines.

Day 03 – Friday – Mendoza
Free day to enjoy Mendoza city. In the afternoon, you will see one of the most attractive events of the week — La Vía Blanca de las Reinas, a parade where selected queens from each department of Mendoza cross the city on their ornate carriages to showcase the landscape and economic potential of each region.

Day 04 – Saturday – Mendoza
Transfer to Maipú to visit two olive oil factories. You will learn about the different techniques used to produce olive oil and why Mendoza has the perfect location for it. In the evening, attend the spectacular celebration at the Frank Romero Day Theatre — an incredible show of lights and live music featuring more than 2,000 artists on stage, culminating in the election of the Harvest Queen.

Day 05 – Sunday – Mendoza
Morning at leisure to see more of Mendoza or simply relax at your hotel. End of the short trip and transfer to the airport for departure flight.
