Itinerary: 

Day 01 – Santiago de Chile
Arrival in Santiago and half-day city tour.

Day 02 – Santiago de Chile – Calama – San Pedro de Atacama
Transfer to San Pedro de Atacama via Calama. Tour through the green oasis town of San Pedro in the Salt Desert and enjoy the sunset while exploring the picturesque Moon Valley.

Day 03 – San Pedro de Atacama
Full-day tour of Salar de Atacama, exploring the lagoons inhabited by flamingos and visiting the small village of Toconao.

Day 04 – San Pedro de Atacama
Day at leisure. Optional tour to visit the El Tatio Geysers.

Day 05 – San Pedro de Atacama – Calama – Lima
Transfer to Calama and flight via Santiago to Lima, Peru.

Day 06 – Lima – Cusco – Yucay
Flight to Cusco. On the way to the Sacred Valley, visit the Chinchero community and its traditional Sunday market. Lunch included.

Day 07 – Yucay
In the morning, enjoy optional excursions. In the afternoon, visit the impressive Ollantaytambo Ruins.

Day 08 – Yucay – Machu Picchu – Cusco
Full-day tour by Vistadome train to Machu Picchu, including a guided visit of the citadel. Continue by train and bus to Cusco for overnight.

Day 09 – Cusco
Half-day city tour of Cusco with visits to the ruins of Sacsayhuaman and the Temple of the Sun (Korikancha).

Day 10 – Cusco – Puno
Full-day panoramic drive to Puno (seat-in basis). Along the way, visit Andahuaylillas, Racchi, and Puka Pukara. Lunch included.

Day 11 – Puno – Lima
Full-day Lake Titicaca boat tour exploring the 40 floating islands of the Uros people and Taquile Island. Evening flight to Lima.

Day 12 – Lima
City tour of Lima including the San Francisco Convent and Larco Herrera Museum.

Day 13 – Lima – Iguassu
Flight to Iguassu.

Day 14 – Iguassu
Full-day excursion to visit the breathtaking 275 Iguassu waterfalls, starting on the Brazilian side. Continue across the Tancredo Neves Bridge to the Argentine side, where the Ecological Jungle Train leads to the famous Devil’s Throat gorge.

Day 15 – Iguassu – Buenos Aires
Flight to Buenos Aires.

Day 16 – Buenos Aires
Half-day city tour. Optional Tango Show with dinner.

Day 17 – Buenos Aires
Day at leisure. Optional full-day excursion to an Estancia or a half-day Tigre Delta tour.

Day 18 – Buenos Aires – Colonia – Montevideo
Transfer by ferry to Colonia, Uruguay, followed by a walking city tour. Continue by public bus to Montevideo.

Day 19 – Montevideo
Half-day city tour of Montevideo.

Day 20 – Montevideo – Rio de Janeiro
Flight to Rio de Janeiro.

Day 21 – Rio de Janeiro
City tour including a cogwheel train ride to Corcovado Mountain and a cable car ride to Sugarloaf Peak.

Day 22 – Rio de Janeiro
End of the roundtrip and departure flight or post-tour extension.
