ITINERARY:
Day 1 – Buenos Aires
Arrival in Buenos Aires, Argentina’s cosmopolitan capital that blends European elegance with Latin passion. Transfer to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 2 – Buenos Aires
Half-day city tour visiting Buenos Aires’ most iconic districts: San Telmo, Puerto Madero, Recoleta, and Palermo. In the evening, enjoy an optional dinner and tango show at La Ventana, with the choice of a wine tasting or tango dance class experience.
Day 3 – Buenos Aires → El Calafate
Fly south to El Calafate, gateway to the majestic Los Glaciares National Park. Nestled along the shores of Lake Argentino, this charming Patagonian town serves as a base for exploring Argentina’s most breathtaking natural wonders.
Day 4 – El Calafate: Upsala Glacier & Estancia Cristina
Full-day excursion aboard the Upsala Explorer catamaran. Sail among massive icebergs to reach the historic Estancia Cristina, located near the Upsala Glacier. Explore this remote setting with its unique access to panoramic views of the Patagonian continental ice field.
Day 5 – El Calafate: Perito Moreno Glacier
A full-day adventure to Los Glaciares National Park to marvel at the world-famous Perito Moreno Glacier. Witness enormous ice chunks calving into the turquoise waters of Lake Argentino — a truly unforgettable sight.
Day 6 – El Calafate → Ushuaia
Fly to Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world, beautifully located between the Andes and the Beagle Channel. Visit the fascinating Museo Marítimo y del Presidio, housed in the old prison that once held Argentina’s earliest settlers.
Days 7–10 – Stella Australis Cruise: Ushuaia → Punta Arenas 🚢
Optional morning excursion to Tierra del Fuego National Park before embarking on the Stella Australis expedition cruise. Over the next four nights, sail through the remote waterways of Patagonia and around legendary Cape Horn (weather permitting). Enjoy full board, guided zodiac excursions, and wildlife observation of glaciers, penguins, and sea lions.
Day 11 – Punta Arenas 🇨🇱
Disembark in Punta Arenas, Chile’s southernmost city. Transfer to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.
Day 12 – Punta Arenas → Torres del Paine National Park
Join a shared transfer to Hotel Las Torres, located inside the world-renowned Torres del Paine National Park. Full board and guided excursions provided by the lodge are included.
Day 13 – Torres del Paine National Park
Spend the day exploring the park’s dramatic landscapes — granite peaks, turquoise lakes, and vast pampas. Choose from a variety of excursions such as hiking, horseback riding, and scenic boat trips.
Day 14 – Torres del Paine → Santiago de Chile
Transfer back to Punta Arenas and fly north to Santiago, Chile’s bustling capital nestled at the foot of the Andes.
Day 15 – Santiago de Chile: City Tour
Half-day tour of Santiago including the historic downtown, the Pre-Columbian Art Museum, and the vibrant Central Market. End the tour at San Cristóbal Hill for sweeping views of the city and the Andes Mountains.
Day 16 – Santiago de Chile: Day at Leisure
A free day to relax or join an optional full-day excursion to the coastal cities of Valparaíso and Viña del Mar.
Day 17 – Santiago de Chile / Departure
Transfer to the airport for your homebound flight.
