Itinerary:

Day 01 – Montevideo

On arrival you will be met and taken to your hotel, the stylish Oliva Luxury Hotel in the trendy Las Carretas neighborhood. Take a tour of the city’s most famous sights and enjoy lunch at Cabaña Veronica in the historic Mercado del Puerto. Dine at the elegant Bodega Bouza restaurant combined with a visit to the winery and a fine wine tasting of in-house vintages.

Day 02 – Montevideo – Colonia del Sacramento

Explore charming Colonia del Sacramento. This small town of cobbled streets, ruined forts and flowering jasmine trees has rightly been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Overnight at Hotel Charco, located in an original 1680 Portuguese house in the heart of the city.

Day 03 – Colonia del Sacramento

Start the day visiting Bodega Irurtia, a family-owned company since the 19th century. Visit the vineyards, Dante’s winery, and the Familia Irurtia Museum. Enjoy wine tastings paired with local cheese and homemade bread in the oak-barrel cellar. Continue to Bodega Cordano and its historic store, Almacén de la Capilla, to experience Uruguay’s rustic charm.

Day 04 – Colonia del Sacramento – Lavalleja

After breakfast, visit Bodega Narbona to tour their wine cellar and enjoy one of the best Tannat wines in the region. Continue to Lavalleja Province, one of Uruguay’s most beautiful regions, with Ombú woods, rivers, and hills. Stay at Posada de Campo Balcón del Abra, a charming countryside inn.

Day 05 – Lavalleja

Enjoy a free day to explore the peaceful surroundings. Optional activities include hiking or horseback riding, visiting the Salamanca caves, exploring nearby ranches, or wildlife watching.

Day 06 – Lavalleja – La Pedrera

Continue to the scenic Rocha Province and its stunning beaches in La Pedrera. Relax at Hotel Las Brisas, a boutique hideaway with rooms designed in natural fibers and vintage style.

Day 07 – Excursion to Cabo Polonio

Take a tour to Cabo Polonio, one of Uruguay’s most unspoiled natural areas. Observe sea lions, stroll along pristine beaches, and enjoy the serenity of this peaceful coastal escape.

Day 08 – La Pedrera – Jose Ignacio

Visit Bodega Garzón to witness winemaking firsthand and taste premium wines and olive oils accompanied by local products. Enjoy lunch at the Garzón Restaurant, known for its farm-to-table dishes. Continue to José Ignacio, Uruguay’s most exclusive coastal village. Stay at Playa Vik, a stunning boutique design hotel.

Day 09 – Jose Ignacio

Free time to relax by the pool, walk the beaches, join a nature walk with a local naturalist, enjoy yoga on the sand, or indulge in a private in-suite massage.

Day 10 – Jose Ignacio – Montevideo

Head toward Punta del Este, Uruguay’s most glamorous resort town. Stop at Punta Ballena for panoramic coastal views, visit Casapueblo, the magnificent white structure by artist Carlos Páez Vilaró, and enjoy a short city tour before returning to Montevideo. Overnight at Oliva Luxury Hotel.

Day 11 – Montevideo
