15 Days / 14 Nights

ITINERARY:

Day 1 – Rio de Janeiro

Arrival in Rio de Janeiro, the city of samba, beaches, and breathtaking scenery. Check in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Relax after your flight or stroll along the world-famous Copacabana Beach.

Day 2 – Rio de Janeiro – Cuiabá – Cristalino Lodge

Morning flight via Cuiabá to Alta Floresta, located in the heart of the Amazon basin. Transfer to Cristalino Jungle Lodge, a private nature reserve renowned for its pristine biodiversity. (Seat-in basis)

Day 3 – Cristalino Lodge

Early morning climb to the 50-meter canopy tower for a sunrise view and birdwatching. After breakfast, embark on a boat excursion along the Cristalino River to spot wildlife. Afternoon options include hiking the Rocky Trail or trying guided rappelling activities. In the evening, enjoy dinner by the campfire and night caiman spotting.

Day 4 – Cristalino Lodge

Start the day with a Caja Trail walk before breakfast. Afterward, explore deeper into the forest and enjoy a refreshing swim. In the afternoon, take a motorboat excursion and hike the Serra Trail while watching the sunset. Dinner by candlelight under the stars.

Day 5 – Cristalino Lodge

Full day dedicated to flora and fauna observation. The region is home to Brazilian tapirs, giant otters, and the majestic Brazil-nut trees. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 6 – Cristalino Lodge – Cuiabá (Pantanal)

Morning flight to Cuiabá and transfer to Araras Lodge (Seat-in basis), nestled in the heart of the Pantanal, one of the world’s richest ecosystems. En route, look out for exotic birds, capybaras, and alligators. Evening at leisure surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Days 7–9 – Pantanal / Araras Lodge

Three days of adventure in the Pantanal. Activities include nature hikes, horseback riding, night walks, canoeing, and photo safaris. Encounter giant otters, caimans, capybaras, and hundreds of bird species in their natural habitat.

Day 10 – Pantanal / Baiazinha Lodge

Early morning sunrise walk followed by breakfast. Transfer from Araras Lodge to Baiazinha Lodge (Seat-in basis). In the late afternoon, embark on a river safari for jaguar spotting.

Days 11–12 – Pantanal / Baiazinha Lodge

Enjoy two full days of river safaris through the Paraguay River channels, one of the best regions in the world for observing jaguars, ocelots, and pumas.

Day 13 – Pantanal – Cuiabá – Rio de Janeiro

Regular transfer to Cuiabá Airport and flight back to Rio de Janeiro. Arrival and transfer to hotel.

Day 14 – Rio de Janeiro

Full-day city exploration. Take the two-stage cable car to the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain for stunning views over Rio. Continue to Corcovado Mountain to see the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue and take in the panoramic view of Guanabara Bay.

Day 15 – Rio de Janeiro

Transfer to the airport for your international flight or optional beach extension in Rio de Janeiro.
