Itinerary:

Day 01 Montevideo
On arrival you will be met and taken to your hotel. You will stay at stylish Oliva Luxury Hotel at trendy Las Carretas neighbourhood. Take a tour of the city’s most famous sights and enjoy lunch at restaurant Cabaña Veronica in the historic Mercado del Puerto. Dine at elegant Bodega Bouza restaurant.

Day 02 Montevideo – Colonia – Carmelo
Today you will visit charming Colonia del Sacramento. This small town of cobbles, ruined forts and gorgeous flowering jasmine trees has rightly been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Head to the town of Carmelo for overnight at Uruguay’s most upmarket hotel, the Carmelo Resort & Spa,
A Hyatt Hotel, located on the banks of Rio de la Plata.

Day 03 Carmelo
Day at leisure. Relaxing at the Chandra Spa, offering yoga relaxation therapies and meditation session, get active at the fantastic 18-hole golf course for all skill levels, tour the area with complimentary bikes or enjoy a tour through the islands of the delta for sunset.

Day 04 Carmelo – Punta del Este
After breakfast you are taken to Bodega Narbona. Walk through their wine cellar and enjoy one of the best Tannat wines of the region. You will head to the famous Punta del Este, Uruguay‘s most glamorous beach resort. Stop at Punta Ballena for a fantastic view on the coast and visit Casapueblo, home and atelier of the famous artist Carlos Páez Vilaró. Stay at fancy beachfront hideaway Bahia Vik amidst the dunes.

Day 05 – 06 Punta del Este
Spend your days relaxing at the pool overlooking the landscape, walk the endless beaches, take a walk through the countryside by a visiting naturalist, stretch out with yoga on the beach or enjoy a wonderful massage in your suite.

Day 07 Punta del Este – Montevideo
Take a tour of Punta del Este´s lovely sights before you return to Montevideo. Free time to stroll through this buzzy town and along its riverside promenades.

Day 08 Montevideo
Today you will take your flight back home.
