Itinerary 

Day 1 Santiago de Chile

Arrival in Santiago. Your Boutique Hotel Bidasoa is located in Vitacura, one of Santiago’s most popular neighbourhoods and is also a favourite spot for locals.

Day 2 Santiago de Chile

Take a tour of Chile’s capital, a city of contrasts where traces of its colonial past mix with the ultra-modern skyscrapers of its financial centre. Also visit the Museum of Memory and Human Rights to understand the country’s recent history.

Day 3 Santiago – Valparaíso – Santiago

Excursion to the Casablanca Valley to visit the internationally recognized vineyard Veramonte. Discover its state-of-the-art facilities, learn about the winemaking process, and enjoy a tasting of premium wines. Continue to the Pacific coast to discover the highlights of the “Garden City” Viña del Mar, and the UNESCO listed coastal town Valparaíso, with many beautiful viewpoints. Return to Santiago in the afternoon.

Day 4 Santiago – Santa Cruz

On your way to the Colchagua Valley, explore the curious home and museum of Chilean writer & Nobel Prize winner Pablo Neruda on Isla Negra. Continue to the Hotel Noi Blend Colchagua in Santa Cruz, set in a mansion and wine cellar built in 1875 and amidst worldclass vineyards.

Day 5 Santa Cruz

Discover the famous Colchagua Valley by visiting the picturesque wineries of Santa Cruz and Casa Silva. After a guided tour of the old wine cellars, enjoy a delicious tasting of selected wines.

Day 6 Santa Cruz – Santiago – Puerto Varas

Return to Santiago for your flight to Puerto Montt in Chile’s Lake District. Transfer to Puerto Varas, a charming town with German influenced architecture. Overnight at the Hotel Cabaña Del Lago with panoramic views of Lake Llanquihue and the snow-capped Osorno Volcano in the background.

Day 7 Puerto Varas

Visit the Alerce Andino National Park, home to ancient Alerce trees. Hike through the rainforest, see the Chaicas River Falls and visit the Caiquenes Lagoon.

Day 8 Puerto Varas – Castro (Chiloé Island)

Take a boat tour of Chiloé’s islands and explore historic villages. Continue to Puñihuil, where an optional boat trip (weather permitting) offers the chance to see the Puñihuil Islets, a unique place where Humboldt and Magellanic penguins nest together. Overnight at the Quilquico Park Hotel & Spa, inspired by a traditional Chilote village.

Day 9 Castro (Chiloé Island)

Explore the Chiloé Archipelago, known for its wellpreserved myths and legends. Visit Castro’s iconic houses on stilts and UNESCO-listed wooden churches, as well as Dalcahue’s picturesque promenade, traditional market and patrimonial church.

Day 10 Castro – Santiago de Chile

Transfer to Puerto Montt and flight back to Santiago.

Day 11 Santiago de Chile

Transfer to the airport for your individual departure
